The other day, I wrote about how strongly I feel that personality assessments like DISC need to be used in the right way to be useful. But it got me thinking, and making.
If most of these tools only interpret the science that was done many years ago, surely there’s many ways that you can do that. Some of them interesting, some of them fascinating and others of them… well… less serious.
It’s important to have fun
I have long been passionate about coffee and there’s something from my days managing coffee shops that has stuck with me as interesting. People can be quite tribal about which kind of coffee shop they go to, and why.
Presumably at least partly that decision tells us something about their personality. So why not … a coffee shop preference personality test?
